Disney Likely to Open 100 CUPBOARDS |

New production company Beloved Pictures (in production on C.S. Lewis' The Great Divorce) is making the film version of the kids book trilogy "100 Cupboards" (other two titles: "Dandelion Fire," "The Chestnut King") about a 12-year old boy who discovers that the cupboards in the old farmhouse where he lives are portals to other worlds which are sometimes dangerous (kinda like Coraline but without The Other Mother). Andrew Panay (When in Rome, Old Dogs) will co-produce; he has a deal with Disney so it's expected Disney will ultimately distribute the film.
